PulseSpark AI is a Pittsburgh-based AI company. We build LLM inference infrastructure (TierInfer), open-source AI agents (Rivet), and deploy AI for business — bridging the gap between frontier AI research and real business outcomes.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make frontier AI practical, accessible, and results-driven for businesses of all sizes. We believe every company — not just hyperscalers — should be able to run modern LLMs on hardware they own, deploy local-first AI agents on their own infrastructure, and turn AI into measurable business outcomes. We close the gap between what AI can do and what most businesses are actually doing with it.
What We Build
TierInfer is our LLM inference engine. It streams model weights across VRAM, RAM, and NVMe to run 70B-parameter models on consumer GPUs — covered by USPTO Provisional Patent Application #63/995,308.
Rivet is our open-source local-first AI agent. It runs entirely on your machine, works with any OpenAI-compatible API or local Ollama models, and ships under the MIT license. No cloud, no telemetry, no vendor lock-in.
Alongside our research and product work, we deploy AI for business. We help companies identify the specific AI opportunities that move the needle, then build and deploy those solutions alongside their teams. Our AI consulting practice covers strategy, implementation, training, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — getting your business cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.

Allen Geska is the founder of PulseSpark AI and the inventor behind TierInfer, an LLM inference engine covered by USPTO Provisional Patent Application #63/995,308.
Allen's work spans AI infrastructure research, applied AI deployment, and Answer Engine Optimization. He has led AI training engagements for Pittsburgh-region manufacturers and built PulseSpark's AEO monitoring platform.
